4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of GST, but exclusive of shipping charges unless mentioned. Payments must be made in full at checkout using accepted methods (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets). Customers are responsible for any additional bank charges or international transfer fees.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Order confirmation will be sent by email upon successful payment. Orders may be canceled if: Product is out of stock, incorrect pricing listed, or fraudulent activity suspected. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Domestic delivery: 3–7 business days. International delivery: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance). Tracking details will be shared by email. Risk of loss transfers once the order is handed to the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or damaged items only. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery at info@simauraventures.in. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
